Does IQNECT train models with my data?
No, IQNECT does not train models with your data. IQNOX is committed to ensuring that its customers retain full ownership and control over all data submitted to the IQNECT platform.
IQNECT leverages OpenAI’s API offering, which is governed by OpenAI’s enterprise-grade data privacy commitments. Specifically:
- No data submitted via the OpenAI API, and therefore IQNECT, is used to train OpenAI models.
- OpenAI does not retain API request or response content for longer than 30 days, unless legally required otherwise.
OpenAI does not claim ownership of customer data submitted via its API.
In addition to OpenAI’s practices, IQNOX enforces strict internal policies to maintain its customers’ data ownership:
- IQNECT logs data passed to OpenAI’s API only for debugging or audit purposes. Access to these logs is limited by role.
- All data transmissions are encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard TLS and encryption protocols.
- Role-based access control and audit logging ensure that only authorized personnel may interact with production systems.
Customers retain full ownership of all data they input into IQNECT, and IQNOX makes no claim over customer intellectual property, content, or prompts.
